When ***** came out to quote the job, he was given specific instructions on the materials I wanted for this job. When I was sent the quote the materials I requested seemed to be on the quote. Example; while he was there I showed him the ****** screen away door that I already had on the door (but it was broken) and said I wanted the same door. On the quote it said ****** screen away door. I approved the quote because the items we discussed were on the quote. (Or at least that what I thought). I wasnt able to be there on installation because they had already scheduled a day to come and changed it last minute so I missed work and was unable to miss again. I FaceTimed my daughter to see how the project was going. The door was the wrong door. Again, it was a ****** screen away but it was NOT the door I showed ***** when he was there to get the quote. I immediately told the guy and he said he could get me that door but it would be more money. They did not complete a flooring job that they were hired to do and when sent a letter to the company no one responded. ***** does not care about the customers request or what the customer is asking for. He writes the quotes to look like you are getting what you requested but when its not tells you it will cost you more money or does half the job and gives excuses to why they cant finish the project they actually quoted. It is NOT the customers fault if the customers are very specific in what they ask for and the company writes it up to look like its what the customer asks for and its not. Shame on this company for its deceitful practices . I would avoid hiring this company. They are full of fraudulent misrepresentation!

What a true blessing to finally find a contractor that knows what they are doing in my mobile home. I had a water leak in my shower wall I didn't know about. The floor started getting soft in the corner by the wall/tub. There ended up to be a considerable amount of damage that was discovered after the damage was done. Water had damaged the subfloor the floor, the wall and more. Long story short. ******* guys came out. They were polite, professional and did a great job of fixing everything needed for me to have a "New Bathroom" They left everything clean. They had also put runners down between the front door and bath to cover the carpet.

We called ******* out to give us a quote on our open Alcove on our Manufactured Home in ******, we showed him the rotted floor and he took pictures and indicated he would have to go back to his office to write up the quote and we would have the quote in about a week, we ask him to give us two quotes, one to repair the floor and the other quote to enclose the Alcove. After two weeks we called him, and he said we would have the quote in a week. We called him again and ask what the hold up was, he said this was a complicated job, we then told him to forget it and we would look for another contractor. Very poor communication.
