I placed a deposit of $7600.00 on a 2022 ********* ****** in March of 2021. This deposit was placed in the Tommy's ********* location. I was told the boat would be delivered in the fall off 2021 (November - December) I was then told that the boat could not be delivered until the fall of 2022 and the boat would be a 2023 model at an increased cost of approximately $10,000. The local sales manager (Charlton B******) agreed to return my deposit and sent a "check request" to the Tommys corporate headquarters in ******** **** **. He said he had no ability to refund the money from the local ********* dealership. This request was made sometime in early January 2022. After contacting the local sales manager several times with no satisfaction, I decided to contact the Tommy's corporate headquarters. I was given the name Josh S**** who would be responsible for cutting the check. I have left several voice mails and emails with not even the courtesy of a response.
