I was just at the Sonic location at *****************************************************************************I was in the drive thru line waiting at the speaker for over ten minutes. I finally pulled ahead to the window and waited for another 10 minutes to get someone. I said I had been waiting and no one came to the speaker, they said they must not have noticed me, even though in that time there were 3 cars behind me that pulled out and just left. The manager refused to take my order. But this time there were about 5-6 other cars behind me, she said I had to go around and get back in line. I said I had been waiting over 25 minutes already and I shouldn't have to go behind those cars that came after me. She again refused to take my order. I asked to speak to the general manager and she refused. I would like to be contacted by the general manager.Business response

I spoke with my Director of Operations in that area, ***, regarding this complaint attached and apparently there was an issue with our order taking headsets that had caused this order to get missed. Our General Manager had reached out to the guest already and offered some free combos for the mistake as they had also submitted the same feedback through our Talk-To-Sonic hotline.Customer response
