I know this is not your employees fault and we needed our toilet fixed but Im very disappointed in your company. We called you out and a gentleman came and said he fixed our leaky toilet. Was there all of 10 minutes and charged $400. My husband went into the bathroom a couple hours later and there was water all over the floor. We called again and were told they could not get there till Friday. Upon investigating further, my husband found that the tank was leaking and the first repair person only looked at the toilet area around the floor. Thought thats where the leak was. The repair man whos there now originally said it would be 585 for a new toilet and right around 400 to rebuild the toilet . When I asked about the $400 we already paid for the nonexistent service we received he was surprised and went out to his truck to make a phone call. After about 15 minutes, he came back in and said it would be 585 for a new toilet and 215 to fix our current one. Seems to me that $615 is an awful lot of money . I will not recommend your company. We will not use your services again. I am also reporting this to the best Better Business Bureau because it seems to be an exorbitant amount of money for the service we received.If he had diagnosed it correctly in the first place, we couldve gotten a new toilet for less than what were paying to have our current one fixed.

Excellent service! Friendly, kind, prompt (less than 24 hour response on site!), VERY reasonably priced. Technicians name was Houston. Very pleased! 

Polite courteous and informative technician. Called on day they were out the next day. Technician was prepared to complete the job after I had given some information at time of call. Technician fixed the problem as well as pointed out a potential future issue as well as giving a quote on doing the future work. Took time to explain what needed to be done. Will keep in mind for future work. Thanks!

I would not recommend this company. They kept telling me I had options however not a free estimate. Charged $430 to replace a $20 part on my water heater. I feel they took advantage of a senior citizen. Called the company and was told it was a fair price.

Absolutely fantastic service! I called the night before and they were out the next day to fix a plumbing issue. Professional, quick, and very reasonable, worth every *****! You get what you pay for . Thank for your amazing service

They are prompt but will have problem charging u for it. I understand weekend rates but dang! Technician was out here for 45 min and only had to replace a float. I get the $200 Xtra for weekend but also was a $225 for emergency when no emergency. I don't like businesses taking advantage of folks. No good!!!

We had a great experience with Bergsma from our first email requesting a quote...to completion. A response came quickly to our RFQ, and then Joe came out to quote the job. From there we had great interactions and communications with Austin and the team with creating our shop floor restrooms! They came into a semi-blank canvas and helped us get everything re-arranged from the old floor plan of an unused area. They dug for our new lines (changed from original spacing) and got everything ready- then our other trades came in to do flooring, etc. When we were ready to finish things up, Bergsma came back and finished it all to a completely revamped and modern usable space. Our employees love it! Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, on time, dependable, clear in all communication and explanation and efficient! If ever in need again, we'll call Bergsma!
