Me, my 8 year old son, and my mom go to our local ******* at least 2 times a week. Employees know us by face. We eat in the subway that is there and had no complaints until now. I was returning bottles in the bottle room. It took me a least 5 mins because the room is small and there was a line. After I returned the bottles and I returned to the Subway that was in the to find my mom and son still waiting in line for this young man to make their food. My mom stated to me that she had been standing there waiting for this young man to take and make her order. Another lady employee was behind the counter talking with him and he was starting to cut my mom sandwich open to do it after she had been standing there. He stopped in the middle of cutting her sandwich and was talking with this other lady employee which later we found out the she was not even on the clock and was suppose to be going home. They basically were having a personal conversation when he was suppose to be making our food. Instead of working and talking he completely stopped making the order to talk with this lady employee. I mentioned to him that we should not have wait that long for our food to be made. This young man started yelling at us. We didnt even argue with him and he was yelling at us for a good 25 mins. I told him that I was going to call corporate with a complaint. He then started yelling at us saying that we were threatening him with corporate and to let him know if we were going to call corporate he was not going to serve us. He then continued to say that there was other subways that we could go to and we dont have to eat there. My mom told him 4 times could he please put my sons pizza in the oven as he was still yelling at us. We did not even get any food because of this. My son only did because he was really hungry. He was scaring really scaring. I have more to write but I am running out of characters. I have contacted corporate about the matter 3 times and still have not got a response from them. This was a horrible experience for us.
