On Monday February 12th 2024, I (*******************************) had some work performed on my current overhead doors by Discount door services. Employee (*******************). I had discussed with the employee (*******************) that I would like to have a new overhead door installed and we had planned to meet to discuss door size and price.On February 21st 2024, I (*******************************) placed a deposit of $1550.00 for a new overhead door to (*******************) of Discount door services. He (*******************) told me (*******************************) that the door would take four to six weeks to arrive. Upon the door's arrival I would owe the remainder of the balance for the overhead door which was an additional $1550.00. It is now May 17th 2024. I (*******************************) have reached out to (*******************) of discount door services multiple times and have not received any information of when my purchase would arrive or if my services would be complete. Discount door services phone is now disabled or has been disconnected and I now have no way of knowing if my services will be complete or if I was robbed $1550.00 I have also tried calling employee (*******************) and no answer or response has been given as to what will happen with my purchase.I have been very patient and now I am to the point where I will be contacting the authorities about this issue.The following phone number is Discount door services and is currently disconnected. - ************** The following phone number is ******************* the employee. -**************
