    I purchased a vehicle from this business in September of 2023 and had it delivered to my home in *********. I made the purchase based on an advertisement by the company displayed on Auto Trader.com. After conversations with the salesman (both via email and phone) I was assured that the vehicle was as listed in the ad; when the vehicle arrived I realized that the car was a different model than advertised. It was stated to have an upgraded factory performance package, but it did not. This package changes the *** value of the car by approximately $5000.The car also will not pass **************** testing.After multiple attempts to resolve this with the dealer, they have done nothing and now are refusing to return any phone calls.

    Recently purchased a truck from here and have nothing but problems since I bought it. I just want to forewarn females, bring a man with you. The sales manager named Mike who is suppose to professional made bad choices by making very derogatory comments to me. I was lied to about the truck from everything in it's add. Suppose to have certain mileage on it but when I got there it was almost 2,000 miles more on it. Listed a towing package. Had to go back and have them weld one on. Had the truck not even 28 days and was told the rear differential had to be replaced. That was about $2,800 and they would pay half....crooks. That happened because it passed inspection and that when they first got it and fixed it. Then they let the sales guys drive and beat the crap out of them and set it back on the lot. Mike " the sales manager " proceed to tell me I was past my 30 days and he was doing me a favor. This place isn't what it's rating say they are. But the service guy "cut" me a deal and I had to pay 1,000 for it.....yay thanks for fixing what you broke. He was the one that told me that the sales guys drove it for a month n a half before I purchased it. I had a small plastic container I kept change in in my middle console of my truck. After the visit of bad news of the rear differential I noticed my container was gone. I waited and searched for 2 weeks before I went in person to say something. After fixing the back end they left the emergency brakes unplugged....not too important but still the principle of it. I really liked my truck when I seen it on the ad. Wish I would've waited instead of being scammed by these guys. Forewarned folks. Thanks Xtreme
