Verbal estimate over the phone in June of $800-900 to stop flow of out free flowing artesian well. In person estimate a few days later of $600-900. Technician came out on June 23 to do the work. Another problem arose that we were made aware of and the technician (unsure of name as they left no business card, invoice or paperwork) told us the flow was temporarily fixed - and we needed to address the other issue. Offered payment for temporary fix- Technician said no payment due. 2 months later- August 11- we get an invoice dates for 8/11/22 with ***************************** as the technician for $1000! Never was $1000 ever even discussed for the job. And the technician that came told us the job wasnt completed. I asked **** to please have that technician generate an invoice for his work on 6/23/22 and we would be happy to pay that. Never received that invoice- just a run around of emails. Then A lien on our property was placed from Mike Lalone for $1500!!See attached Invoice. It is dated 8/11/22 with ***************************** as technician. There was no work completed on my home on 8/11/22 and Matt ******************** was not the technician that came to my home on 6/23/22.Business response

Upon review of the customers complaint, we agree our documentation was very poor, the pricing of the project was confusing. Our installer did control the free flowing well, but noticed a second problem with the customers tank and didn't invoice that day because he assumed we would return for tank repair, then total invoice at that time, another error on our part. Please be assured I have taken steps to correct all these problems, and sincere apologies to the customer for this problem.
The customers desired settlement is fair, We will invoice $600.00 for the well no flow installation dated 06/23/22 as payment in full. Upon payment, the property lien will be removed.
