If I could give this negative review I would. Ordered a 24 hour build with 3-4 day shipping. Easily over $350, did not even have ability to customize......3 weeks later, no controller. **************** is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with. After about 50 attempts over the course of a week, someone got back to me and said now it will be 8 WEEKS to send out controller, and if i do not want it any more, then they are going to charge me a 25% cancelation fee. They charged my card for both. SCAM SCAM SCAM. STAY FAR AWAY!Initial Complaint

Bought a controller for my son, completely customized. Ordered on June 4th 2023 and was finally delivered on July 22,2023.Ever since receiving it, have had nothing but issues and have attempted to contact the company for assistance. In Regards to Invoice#***** In May 2023 I purchased a Controller from Cinch Gaming. This controller cost a substantial amount of money and was advertised as a Professional gaming controller that would not feature issues such as stick drift as ************ offered repair on Stick drift an issue i was having I decided to trust them. Within Sixty days of recieving the controller It exhibited Stick drift symptoms and became unusable. I sent my Controller in for warranty only to discover that it was no longer under warranty I was not made aware of their 30 day warranty policy until yesterday. I had to **** this information down, when requested it was not provided in a timely fashion. Cinch Gaming is now attempting to charge me an additional 100 dollars on top of what they already received and I feel as though I was sold something designed to fail quickly so they could capitilize on repairs.Initial Complaint

On Feb 21,2023 a transaction was made to Cinch gaming for a PS4 controller for $187.73 USD. I made this order and NEVER got a controller. I checked in with the customer support on the website and they assured me that the controller should be ready in 6 weeks. I kept checking via email and they said that they are still awaiting the chips for the controller but there is a bit of a delay. I kept contacting them and they always said its a delay with the controller chips.I complained that the wait time is very long and I requested another update from the website, by this time a few months had passed and they apologized and issued me a refund of $***** USD. I NEVER saw this refund, so i messaged the website which they said that the refund has been done but i will need to wait 15 days to see it. I waited the 15 days and still did not see the refund, once I reached back out to the website they said the refund was completed from their end and that I will need to contact my bank. I contacted my bank and was told that there was no refund from Cinch Gaming. I reached out again to the website for any info they can provide in order for my bank to locate the refund and after a few emails I was sent some information on the refund which is attached in the scanned documents below. After asking for another update on both the PS4 controller and the refund, I decided to cancel the Order. They then informed me that the refund was unsuccessful and it was the person that they used for the refund who was unable to successfully send it back. Ive been offered a full refund plus the refund of ***** and to accommodate me, Cinch Gaming offered to refund me via Paypal. Cinch Gaming says that paypal is having issues refunding me and said hat i will need an American account to receive my refund. I informed them that i do not have an American account and I am desperately trying to get my refund from his website.Initial Complaint

A product was ordered on 7-27-2023 from Cinch. To date nothing has arrived and no one responds to email or phone inquiries. They charged my credit card without shipping the product and I would like my card credited for $189.83Business response

Placed an order for a custom remote on 8/14/2023 for our sons birthday. Paid an extra $30 for expedited processing. Total $277.11 was taken immediately out of our account. We were supposed to receive the controller within 2-3 weeks. It is now 9/30/2023. We have not received the controller. Ive emailed 4 times, requesting an update and most recently a refund. Ive called the number listed on the website and left a message. We have not heard from anyone. They took our money and we have not received the product or even the courtesy of a return email. Just the same auto-reply. Its a scam and we are out money and my son never received his birthday gift.Initial Complaint

Yes, this company processed a payment of roughly 160 to 170 dollars for an Xbox Controller I ordered for my 9 year old son. Payment and order was placed sometime at the beginning of August. Can't really provide specific details because I never got an order confirmation, shipping information or so much as a reply back from the company whenever I would reach out and request more information about my order. I've still to this day not heard a word about the order, the refund I requested or anything. Not a single word. This is absolutely disgusting. I would strongly recommend nobody ever order from these people. I'd love to get my money back for the Controller but I really doubt that is going to happen. Thank you cinch for stealing from a single father of 3 young kids. I have to bust my a** everyday for the money that I have and for you to take it without fulfilling your end of the deal is absolutely disgraceful.
