THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!!!!! This company BRANDED BY MACY is horrible, unprofessional, RUDE, uncaring, disappointing, shady, thief, liar....I can go on. I placed an order on July 1st after been watching her work on Instagram (IG) since January. I decided to finally order (but was very skeptical which is why it took so long to order from her, cannot always trust people through social media). Needless to say, once I open a complaint with PayPal, she started responding and was STILL RUDE. I received less than half my order which is still wrong. I sent her several message via direct message on IG, and she only responded twice. After requesting a refund through messenger on IG, email, and PayPal she claimed that a mock-up that I requested was sent to my email via adobe. No email from her! I asked her to forward the email or resend it, she never did because she never sent on in the first place. I have been very nice to this lady even after she has tried to manipulate me into thinking she communicated with me, send things to me, I wasn't reading the communication thoroughly. She half responds to anything. She has been nothing but rude and unprofessional. I am still missing a great part of my order, the items that I wanted the most. This company is BAD BUSINESS and I wish that I had research her prior to placing an order with her. I wish that I could give her ZERO stars because she does not deserve even one. I could have done better shirts than her, I only received them because it was part of the bundle. Tacky Tacky Tacky!!!!! Save your money whomever is reading this because she is a fraud.
