Why are these people still in business!!! They rip so many people off & been doing it for years. Someone needs to open an investigation into Auto Tech because like myself people have lost thousands of dollars plus damage vehicle after taken car to these people. By far the worst Ive ever encountered. Caught them using junk yard parts while charging me for brand new parts all while not even fixing the issue at hand. After leaving them you will not only still have your same issue but you will have more issues.

I got over charged at an extreme amount! I took my vehicle to this company to get work done called Auto Tech Clinic at ******************************; ********, **. *****.. I was referred to this company by a company called ***************** located in *******, **. off of ************. I used the suggestion of the owner of ***************** because this business is in close vicinity of my residence. I had problems with parts under my car which were observed to problems I had with my rear tire and swaying of my car. I was initially told the cost for parts and repairs would be around $1500. I then told them that I didn't want my entire vehicle fixed because it is a used vehicle which I payed $2800 for. I told them to fix what was causing the immediate problem. I was then told the amount would be around $900. That was still too high but I agreed. Recently I had more problems with my vehicle including replacing a back wheel and rim on back passenger side. I paid $80 for that at *****************. This recent incident revealed to me by a new mechanic which I showed my receipt from Auto Tech Clinic in ********, **., that I was extremely over charged for labor!!! I noticed before when I paid for the repairs. I saw a total of $171.71 and the labor shows $600 for a description that I quoted to this company??? It states " Customer states the vehicle was hit on passenger side. The vehicle sways and pulls, heard loud dragging sound please advise and check". I even questioned Auto Tech Clinic about what was this high amount for and recollecting what I was told was just that "this is a price for this labor". The other prices for labor listed is $13.20 for oil change, $80 for computerized front wheel alignment. These prices I am ok with except that enormous $600 with no explanation about what it's for!!! I was even by the mechanic there initially that some part under my car was extremely rusted and needed replaced. This new mechanic said that large part that was rusted hasn't been replaced!!

******************** vehicle was inspected and the repairs needed were explained prior to her authorizing the repairs. It was also explained that there would be additional labor as the vehicle is very rusted and to take special precautions as to not harm any other components during repairs. She authorized said repairs after being made aware of the rust issues. She then returned two additional times after these repairs for other issues. Customers are always made aware of issues or hardships found with their vehicle and ultimately repairs performed are up to the customer.
