*THIS COMPLAINT IS IN REFERENCE TO CABINETS I REFERRED MY DAUGHTER, ***************************** TO PURCHASE.Kitchen Cabinets @7,630.93 Purchased at Cabinets To Go -Dearborn, Mi. May 12, 2022.Case # *****.This business committed to quality cabinets, guaranteed for a lifetime, and to replacing any cabinets that *** have minor problems per the customer's signed contract and my daughter understood that thoroughly.The problem arose when a majority of the cabinets were damaged and defected upon arrival. When her contractor attempted to assemble the cabinets the wood would split. In another cabinet, it was warped and appeared to be a "RETURNED/RESTOCKED" cabinet with assemble holes not made by the manufacturer.The company wanted my daughter to take pictures and submit them to the company by e-mail, which she has done. But due to the poor quality of the cabinets, she wants a refund. It's apparent that the cabinets are defected and possibly were placed in a damp area or something because the product is not what she was promised nor the quality the company guaranteed. She has spoken to numerous people, sent emails and pictures, and basically getting the "run-around". I have even called and was told there was no direct number for a supervisor or CEO. I have left messages and have only gotten animated responses. Meantime my daughter is without a properly functioning kitchen to feed a family of five, spending extra money for eating out, and *** have to pay for additional contractor labor extended past the completion date.We would greatly appreciate any intervention BBB could offer to resolve this matter. Our goal is to get a refund due to the poor quality of the cabinets and purchase cabinets elsewhere.The cabinets are just not what the warranty/company promised.Thank you in advance for your assistance.Sincerely,***************************** ************
