      2019 ******* Tuscon was purchased preowned in 03/2020 from a dealership in ****** , **, this vehicle was serviced by this dealership in ********, ** sometime around June 2021 just prior to my warranty being up because the engine light came on and it was found to need major engine repair, they did engine repair work, less than 6 months after the work was completed the engine light came back on, when I took it back I was told it was because I got my oil changed at a non-******* dealership and they ****t use the correct oil filters and that I needed to get my oil changes only at the dealerships. Then they made repairs to the engines timing. again a few months later the engine light was back on, I took it in to the dealership and they said its on because you are late on your oil change, I stated I have an appointment for Aug. 1,2022 because they only do them with an appt, I was told at that time by the service advisor that I had to go to a different dealership to get it done right away and that why the engine light was on. I told him that that was not the case and that I had been dealing with this same issue for over a year and it needed to be addressed, he ran the code and I took it to another dealership on july 20 and had the oil changed, on july 27 they engine light came back on, the next morning it was off, on july 28th the engine light was back on, I took it to the dealership on 07/30/22 , was the second car that pulled in when they opened and the service advisor refused to check the codes on the vehicle because I had no appointment, I told him I was advised I could bring it in whenever they were open for the codes to be retrieved by the dealership, he still refused. At this point it has been over 1 1/2 years I have been going back and fourth with this vehicle and the engine problems, I am able to drive it, but I **** feel safe, at any moment the engine can leave me stranded, I want this vehicle replaced and they need to work on their customer service skills
