      I have multiple orders that I have issues with due to multiple mistakes. First order is CR17222 which is a set of Super Dux Relaxed Fit Insulated Bib - Reg XL. Order was placed 2/9 for a total of $158.56. I paid $25.00 extra for expedited shipping. The used the cheapest *** option you can. Good news, it did arrive on time. Bad news is I ordered Reg XL and they mailed me Reg ** This is for a trip to ******* which I am currently on. Didn't realize the size was wrong and just figured they run tight so I reordered a size up. I now noticed they were the wrong size so the pair I have coming are now too big. My reorder was placed on 2/15, order number CR17629. Again, I paid $25.00 extra for expedited shipping. Carhartt's site claims with this payment, it will arrive within 1-2 business days. The Item shipped on 2/15, and now isn't set to arrive until 2/20 which is a day after I am set to leave and will be unable to receive my order. I reached out to Carhartt (email attached) and they admitted to shipping it the wrong freight and gave me the credit but that doesn't help me now being out the money and product. I do not feel I should have to take the hit for their repeated inability to ship the correct method. Especially if they are upcharging for the service. I asked if it could be rerouted back to them and they claim their is nothing they can do. Not even help change the address with ***. I want my money back, plain and simple. They have been zero help. Please help me!

      We apologize that consumer had a bad experience. We found orders placed for this consumer, however, none of the orders placed under that email address were for bib overalls in a size XL until 02/16/24. Please feel free to reach out to us if we can help any further.

      I ordered a sweatshirt for $75 and pair of socks from Carhartt's website. The socks arrived, but the sweatshirt did not. I contacted Carhartt through their help email and they refused to work with me on a solution: they would not send a replacement, provide a refund, or even provide a website credit. They didn't even ask for more details, they just flat-out refused to help. Very disappointed in this response from Carhartt and will not be ordering from them again.

      Carhartt quit caring about their small business retailers after the pandemic.When you are not a big corporation ordering hundred of thousands of dollars worth of inventory, then you are not worth their time.Worst company I have ever done business with!

      Ordered item on 12/2 as they have Tall sizes and their info said est. delivery 12/5, this was changed to 12/7, I have screenshots of these dates. No big deal, just need by 12/9. Receive email 12/7 saying item hasn't even shipped yet. Called customer service and they say they can't cancel an item that hasn't been shipped yet(really), said it would be shipped to me then I have to return it while you charge my account and now I have to wait for a refund. That's bull c*** that you can't cancel an order that hasn't been shipped or pulled yet. I really needed this for my hunting trip. Really disappointed in CARHARTT.

      We are very sorry that his order was not delivered timely. I do see that we did cancel the order on 12/11/2022. Consumer was never charged for order.

      (This is a web ordered item) I ordered 2 Pom beanie caps, that are now being advertised as their new items for the season, one was maroon and the other was blue, both have the whole hat as a solid color and the cuffed part of the beanie white and the associated color, in this case maroon or blue. When I received my order, the maroon hat came correctly, but the blue one was just a solid blue hat and cuff. When I contacted Carhartt customer service, I asked them if they even sold the item they decided to advertise and I was not given an answer. So I again asked if they just advertise that they had blue hats with white and blue cuffs or if they actually sell them too and still was not given a direct answer. I was given no timeline as to when I would receive the item I actually ordered, as advertised on their website. Highly disappointed.
