Completed a home equity loan with DFCU in order to close HELOC with ********************* My husband (***********************) and I signed all closing documents on 12/23/23. Was told our current loan with ******************** would have a check issued 12/28/23 after standard hold per federal rules and regulations (plus holiday). DFCU indicated they issued check to Genysis on 12/29/23, but as of today 1/12/24, ******* has indicated they still have not received funds.We have inquired multiple times with DFCU in ********** (Maple Road) with ******* who assisted us. No one at DFCU can let us know what address for Genysis the check was sent, we have incurred late fees and continued interest at Genysis. Now with holiday on Monday, told we will not have any information until at least Tuesday and our late fees and penalties are our responsibility. In addition we are now making two home equity payments when the second one was taken out to pay off the first (DFCU HELOC to pay off Genysis).DFCU member number for ********************************* *********Customer response

Im a little confused about the information only. Is it standard practice for the behavior exhibited by this company?
is this closed because DFCU didnt respond, because they have not even gotten back to us.

My names ****** and today is 07/31/2023 and I received a letter from DFCU regarding the dispute for frontier airlines and they are not even giving me one day to get the request they want because the letter they sent me says they need the requested items back today. I dont understand how that makes sense to give me one day to provide you the requested details, and ******** airlines is not even responding to me when i try to contact a live representative from their companyBusiness response

I was charged several fees & when asked to stop was told they would not stop charging the fees. The customer reps are rude and quarrelsome. Customers really get the short end of the stick. Theyve embarrassed me several times flagging my account for fraud, and even when I acknowledge its me through their text/email service they still declined the transaction. Which leaves me fumbling to find a different form of payment. When asked to reverse a fee, oh we cant. But I can be inconvenienced in any other way DFCU sees fitInitial Complaint

I had a business account for renew home improvements and also had accounts for each one of my kids to save for college. We had some issues and ended up overdrawing business account which was a incorporated business. Dfcu emptied every one of my kids accounts to pay for the overdrawn account which was its own entity which I against the law. I would like for dfcu to refund all money reopen the kids accounts and pay the intrest that said accounts would have received up to this date.Initial Complaint

I attempted to make a loan payment on 12/23 at a local branch for a November Payment that was due 11/28/2021. I was told that I needed to make both my November and December Payments, at the time of the payment December is not even due? I WAS DENIED of bringing my account current making my November Payment.I am confused, by law they cannot prevent me from marking a payment, this could affect my credit and jeopardize my home? How can I be denied bring my account current? I pay late charges, this is how it works.I am blown away that I was not allowed to make a payment today 12/24/2021.
