We went to LaFontaine to purchase a new vehicle and trade in our expiring lease. We were over the miles on our lease turn in, so they added the mileage overage amount to the loan for the used vehicle we purchased. Lafontaine never paid off the mileage overage on the vehicle we turned in and now my credit has been affected and **** credit is harrassing me for payment. We spoke to management once about this issue and they said it was taken care of. When we continues to receive calls from ****, we called back but no one in management at Lafontaine will return our calls.

The guest came in and agreed to turn in their vehicle with us only making remaining Lease payments, the deal never agreed or covered the over mileage and the contracts and Buyers Order do indeed show that. From what we recall the guest stated they would handle the over mileage on their own with ********** Credit when returned because we could not get to desired payment with the entire negative equity rolled into their new payment.

Went to purchase a vehicle from Lafontaine Dearborn, after test driving two vehicles the salesperson made it clear we were not test driving any more vehicles. My wife was buying a vehicle as well. His boss would not like that, folks driving a bunch of new vehicles and not buying one. Feeling like i was being forced into a pick one right now scenario, the first vehicle i had driven about 9 hours ago, I went ahead and said I will go ahead and buy it. At one point I asked him if they were still doing shots during the ********************** said that was a weekend thing. So my wife and I went into the financing office to sign the paperwork. At this point we are exhausted, got to the dealership at 10:30 am, it is around 7pm. I gave the dealership 20k down on both vehicles. So I am signing the paperwork (electronically) and they have me sign a milage disclosure and the milage is over 1300. I am stunned, I asked him is this a new vehicle? He says it is, unfortunately I was so exhausted, i went ahead and signed the paperwork. The Tundras are ****ed down due to the engines blowing up. Which is why I thought the price was reduced as everyone is getting 5 to 10 thousand **** downs. ******* tried to tell me the ** was using the vehicle and should not of been driving it that much. ******* had other customers he was dealing with and I think things were falling through the cracks.

The sales person had informed me that *************** would like to speak, we reached out to see what the issue was which was that the vehicle he purchased had miles on it because it was a demonstrator vehicle. We had explained this to the guest and he even signed the odometer statement and all docs to the vehicle after knowing and understanding what mileage it had. The vehicle was a Demonstrator and had approximately 1300 miles on the odometer at the time of sale. *************** had received the discount for the mileage on the vehicle and the other models would not have been eligible for the same discount. The vehicle is Stated and Funded and we cannot unwind that transaction or exchange the vehicle due to state law. We can take the vehicle on trade but last I knew *************** did not want to do that. We are looking into the claim of drinking but have not found anything at this time but we will continue to investigate that claim.

Date if transaction was January 13, 2024. I have a warranty acquired through *** for my tires. Now *** is denying services. I want *** to honor the warranty that was given at the time I purchased the car. I want them to be held accountable for their actions that the contract stated and pay for the tire to be repaired. And since it is not repairable, replace it!

I am going through trying to find the record of when our guest came in and do not see where she visited our service department, however based on our sales records they do indeed have a tire and wheel protection plan from our provider ********* and I can provide that information to the guest if need be otherwise we need to start a claim to get the tire completed at ours or someone elses service center to get repaired and covered by *********.

On October 14, 2022 my vehicle was paid in full, I contacted EasyCare to cancel my service contract, they confirmed that it was still active but I needed to contact LaFontaine who would call and cancel the contract. A refund would be sent to LaFontaine and I would get the refund from them. I have called multiple times and left voice messages for a call back and I have only received 1 phone call from a ********* who directed me back to the number I have been calling. I would like for LaFontaine to call and cancel the contract so I can get my refund.
