"I recently what I thought was a brand new battery from Mansfield Auto Parts on Coyle Street in Detroit, Michigan, and try to take it back yesterday. The only black guy that works in the store was the one who serviced me he told me not to put it on a car or they would not be able to accept it after getting my car checked out the auto parts store that I went to said that I needed a lot of other things so I decided to just go ahead and get me another car and return the battery unused it was in the same spot that the black guy at the auto parts store put it in which was in the backseat floor of my car never been touched never had the red or black cats off of it and when I try to take it back for a full refund yesterday mind you again like I said I never took it out of that spot that the man put it in they told me that the battery has been used and that there’s nothing that they can do but like I told them well if it was used then y’all sold it to me used for a brand new price." ...
