On 10/25/2021 after seeing this bakery featured on a local news show, (Live in the D), I ordered a pie, the cost $31.50 was debited from my account the next day, the confirmation said I would be notified when to pick it up and it would be at least 2 weeks due to covid delays. Since then I have tried to contact them 10 times thru email, text, and voicemail, I got a response on 11/13, asking if I had selected the pick up option which WAS the only option. After finding out from my son that they have been doing this to customers for a year and also seeing the complaints on this website I have no other option I want a refund. I also tried to contact the NBC affiliate that shows Live in the D to ask why they would show this company featured again, ( I saw it a month ago), when some Instagram post show this has been going on since November 2020. I also noticed they have their pies in the Meijer Rivertown Market here in my neighborhood! They can stock the store but not fulfill orders they took on their website! I really just want a refund please and thank you.
