I bought a car from this company 1/24/24 around 1:30 PM. The very next day at 11:50AM the car stopped working ON THE FREEWAY. I returned the car back to the seller for them to check out and if the issue could not be resolved immediately (meaning it was something minor) then I would like a refund. While they gave me the run around that day they then called me the next day saying they had their mechanic look at it and it seems as though the motor has blown. I politely discussed wanting a refund in which they offered a different car of lower value and I refused. They then told me that theyre not going to refund me and the car that I purchased will be sitting on the street and hung up on me. Completely unacceptable. Im a mother of 3 kids and I spent my hard earned money that I saved for nothing. Please help!Initial Complaint

this business sold me a 2008 Buick enclave and they knew that the engine and tires were messed up and when I asked them about the lights being on they said it was a sensor problem but when I went to get a diagnostic test from a auto repair place they told me that the radiator had to be replaced because they had a hole in it which is going to be 480 and when they also looked at the tires they said the tires were put on wrong and it will cause 100 per tire to get the ring sensors replaced and the truck was also messed up. The latch was broken and it will cause 500 to get that replaced. they sold me this car without telling me anything was wrong with the car and also lied to me about the car and saying it was just sensors.
