I requested my diploma on March 11, 2022. It is April 19th and I have yet to receive my records. I have been calling since March, they were off a week for break but how do you go on break with request pending. Finally spoke with someone last week and they say I am gonna send this to a supervisor , give them 72 hours. I call today and no one still can say why I hadn't received it. Then a supervisor calls and looks at the records and says my date of birth is wrong. Now remind you, you have to show proof and I sent my drivers license, which we all no the date of birth is on there, so are they not verifying the information. Also why wouldn't someone call me? You have to leave your contact information, no one could called nor sent me an email. When you send your request there is no confirmation or anything, you have to just call and be left on hold for hours. Who can really just call everyday all day and listen to the same recording that ask if you wish to hold and when you say yes, it hangs up on you.They need to start letting people make appointments to come in. A month is too long to receive a record, especially living in the same city.
