I asked several times for my transcripts they're telling me that it's under somebody else's account, I spoke with **************** **** ********** send emails to *************** ******************** also spoke with ******************************** no one seems to want to take accountability everyone is making it seem like it's my fault that my account is screwed up that somehow I got into their system and change my into to my daughters account, or somebody's name ****************************** this issue has cost me two jobs and enrollment into a school I would definitely like to be compensated $10000 for the inconvenience. Someone please help me ********************** in student services just hung up on me I've been waiting for my transfer for almost 3 month's now I can't finish school due to not having my transcript spoke with *************** she also said she was gonna take care of it three weeks ago and I also spoke with *********************** which was very nice but ********************* was very rude, and was mad because I was upset because I need my transcript he stated that it was no one over him that I can speak with and he don't know how long it was going to take to complete he couldn't give me an estimate, explain to him that I wanted to speak to someone else he said is no one else, he stated that I need to be patient and I told him I have been very patient, he was very rude not helpful didn't know how to de-escalate the situation and made me more frustrated and feel like no one doesn't care because it's not that I am in my masters program and has been delayed from continuing to to not having my transcripts. Just got hired at the VA and also needed in order to calibrate my pay scale but no one cares. I already set my sent my ID my work badge my degrees and still no success.
