I was attempting to use their mortgage calculator and it asked me for my phone number. I didnt think much of it, and gave them my number so I could get the results from their calculator. However, in the last 24 hours I have received 11 calls from them. 11. That is borderline harassment.

Rocket is a horrible company They are rude and not being very helpful and ************************* is rude He hung up on me when I was trying to get help and was very reluctant to do anything Am going a different route Will never use Rocket again Am stressed out This is our first home first time They put us down all they care about is money

Many times Rocket Mortgage has claimed that they did not receive my mortgage payment. After talking with two of their customer service agents (about this current lost payment episode) and explaining that the payment was sent in a timely manner ahead of the due date, I was reassured that there would be no late fee and my credit score would not be effected. Lo and behold, today they sent an email saying in part "We were required to report your late payment to the credit reporting agencies." At least they haven't charged me a late fee, yet. I could understand Rocket Mortgage behaving this way if I was a customer who was always late with payments and had issues with other companies but in reality, Rocket Mortgage is the only business I deal with that REPEATEDLY "claims" to have lost my payment. To prevent this, I have started sending my payments through the post office so there's a tracking number, which might help Rocket Mortgage realize when something is sitting right under their noses. Good luck everybody when conducting business with this company!

predatory mortgage company with horrible customer service, and very unprofessional. 1st company I've had in 20 years that can't figure out how to honestly do escrow. **************** reps believe they are God. They also lie through their teeth.

They don't listen!I need to pay my credit cards but with a high interest rate that would take forever.***** was very nice. When I told her that 18 months ago a HELOC did not go through because "too many condos were owned by one single individual", she told me it is a different case from what we were working on. Five weeks later and after I paid $500.00 she tells me that "too many condos were owned by one single individual" for the loan to be approved.She was very nice but she did not listen to me and I wasted 5 weeks and $500.00.

Very unprofessional, a senior banker (*********************************) called me back, left a voicemail & didn't realize she never ended the voicemail, she then spent about 2 minutes INSULTING ME.Never been so disgusted and repulsed in my life by a company.

Got approved for a $28,000 loan but I was required to put money into the home I was buying in order to get it to pass rocket mortgage policy. Sent them $500 as part of my down payment there inspector gave us a list of stuff to do which cost us about $4,000. When it came time to go through an attorney to get the ball rolling their attorney never called us back despite leaving over 50 messages. The seller got tired of waiting and sold the property we sunk all the money into it to buy it. So we lost $4,000 and rocket mortgage kept our $500 and refuses to give it back. They also refuse to give us the copy of the contract signed by us and seller that states we had to put everything into the home we were buying for the loan so we cant even get our 4 grand back because we cannot prove that the receipts of stuff actually went into the house. YOU RIPPED US OFF!

Paid off loan early and never received a breakdown of payoff which I think was too much. Also paid off on June 1st still do not have my escrow check on 24th.

Disappointed in our recent interaction with Rocket Mortgage. They had us go through the loan process knowing they wouldnt be able to approve our loan for new construction, due to their own internal rule. We got all the way through the process up to getting an appraisal scheduled and then they said they couldnt move forward with it. And then they did not fully refund our good faith deposit in full, they kept over $100 for a credit report fee when I was told the $500 was for an appraisal. We also took a hit to our credit for them running the credit report for a loan they would have never even been able to approve. If we would have been told from the beginning they could t approve our loan type, we wouldnt have wasted our time and now our money.

I would never refer this company to anyone! They were very misleading and doesn't listen to your request or what you are explaining to them that you want to accomplish. Non professional and will rip you off! Will keep good faith deposits even if the error or misunderstanding was on their behalf! Terrible Terrible!!
