      I am writing to urgently address an issue with order #********, placed on August 13, 2024. The package was reportedly delivered on August 22, 2024, at 7:48 PM. However, it appears that the package was stolen, possibly by porch pirates or even the *** driver.Importantly, the delivery did not require a signature, and there are no photographic records showing where the package was dropped off. Despite this, the delivery was marked as signed for with a signature that is neither mine nor anyone in my household. This situation suggests a forgery, which is both illegal and highly concerning.I have reached out via live chat and email to report this issue and request an investigation, but I was informed that a claim could not be processed because the package was recorded as delivered and signed for. Given my extensive history as a loyal customer who has both purchased and sold numerous items through StockX, I find this response deeply unsatisfactory.I respectfully request that StockX take immediate action to investigate this matter thoroughly. Addressing the forged signature and the theft of my package is crucial. I trust that my long-standing support of your platform will be reflected in the prompt and serious handling of this issue.Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

      I mailed my sneakers in to be sold last week. *** shows they they were delivered on Wednesday 8/14/24, its now 8/20/24 and still shows in my STOCKX account that they havent even received them despite them showing clearly being delivered on *** website for tracking. They asked for a shipping receipt, I was told that receipt is not the correct one (you only get 1 type of shipping receipt from ***). I keep being told by staff there, wait 1-2 day, wait 1-2 days. No one can explain where my sneakers are. I have been a customer of ****************** since 2018 and have never been treated so poorly. There is no sense of urgency to fix this issue. I asked to speak with a supevisor and that took 3 days to get a reply. I want the money for selling the sneakers or my sneakers back. This is crazy, I will continue to complain and will be relentless until this is fixed

      On 7/22 I chose Stockx to purchase a single pair of shoes for my son. Upon checking out I encountered an unbeknownst problem with Stockx website. I tried multiple times to checkout but keep getting error messages. I tried entering my address and card number again in hopes I could successfully purchase the shoes. As the Stockx website did not allow me to continue with my purchase I left the website and chose another online shop, G*GOAT where I found the shoes my son wanted. I was successful in purchasing a single pair for $115.32 This is clear to see on my statement that this purchase was completed and successful. Later that day I noticed ***** had charged my *********** card, I tried to reach out to Stockx that day to stop the order but they don't have a customer service number or any number to contact them. I then immediately called Capitol One to stop the charge. Over the next week I received 11 pairs of shoes, one form G*GOAT and 10 from Stockx. I then emailed Stockx ( the only way to contact them) requesting instructions to return. They were not helpful and passed me from one customer service person via email to another.I am requesting that you please help me with the dispute, I feel like this is fraud. When I googled this problem I'm not the only one this has happened too, I took screenshots of other compleates about the same exact problem. I have told them the shoes are ready to be shipped back to them.

      This fraudulent company emailed me saying they were sorry it has been delivered I don't know where, and I should contact my authorities to assist me in this matter. ****** at customer service There has been 196 bad reviews 0 issues resolved, shipping failure, no refunds, multiple charges, and order cancelations. I just want my $799.17, that they too from my Disability check thru my debit card. I haven't paid my rent or other bills yet. Please help me.

      Sold a new pair of sneakers on their app for $1130. They claim the sneakers were worn (they were not, they were brand new sneakers). I have sold sneakers on their website before. StockX claimed they were worn JUST so they could charge me 15% which is $169.50! THEY SCAMMED ME FOR THIS MONEY. These sneakers were brand new. I know they use these tactics to scam people.

      On August 4th , 2024 ..I sent StockX a small silver Telfar bag priced at 215 . After taxes and seller fees i wouldve received ****** . On August 7th the company StockX emailed me stating I have failed verification and they are suspending my account charging me 40 dollars and sending back my item to me . I was very confused baffled and really disappointed. I reviewed the details as to how this verification was concluded . They state the bag they received did not match up with the market product and basically it was counterfeit. This was a falsified statement that was baseless because i knew for a fact i sent them in a real bag from telfar global . I sent in photos and receipts from the company. They didnt want to believe me they kept repeating theirselves with no proof . Kept giving me the impression that i was attempting fraud. StockX sent me back an item on 8/10 . When i received it . The box i had sent was taken . The duster bag was replaced with a fake . And the big factor here the actual bag i had sent was gone and swapped out for a fake . *** relentlessly tried to communicate with this scam company but they just copy their email and say the same thing repeatedly until you grow tired and give up. Im not giving up because i have seen a plethora and multitude of complaints similar to my situation about this company . I dont understand how they are just getting away with scamming and committing fraud to get their customers items and sell it and return a fake . This scheme must end here . I will be the last victim in a situation like this . This company will not last the end of the year playing with people like this .

      I received a text message from my bank on July 31. 2024, that $799.17 was being processed from Stockxx #*************, I have never paid that much money for anything, since I receive Social security Disability. I never heard of that company until seeing it on my bank account. There is no customer service or fax number. This is a fraud transaction, I want them to pay my money back. They some how got my debit card number only, but I haven't paid my rent or other bills yet can you please help me.? I have emails I sent.

      On July 1st, I sold an article of clothing on StockX. On July 5th, it arrived at StockX for verification. After more than a week of the transaction not progressing, and then suddenly seeing a "canceled" status on the transaction with no explanation given, I proactively reached out to customer service, who told me the item failed verification. While this obviously came as a shock because the item is authentic and was purchased from a reputable retailer, I expected StockX to simply return the item to me. StockX created a return shipping label. After another week with no shipping updates, I again proactively reached out to StockX on July 22nd, who informed me that item would actually not be returned to me as part of their policy for unverified items. Upon asking they escalate a review of the case, the customer service agent offered to pass along the case to their "specialized team" to review. Upon their request, I shared a copy of the item's receipt/proof of purchase. After waiting the 1-3 business days that StockX quoted me, and hearing nothing, I AGAIN had to proactively reach out - this time, a different customer service agent offered to submit ANOTHER case to the "specialized team." Today is July 29th, nearly a month after the initial sale, with no resolution. As a StockX member for 5+ years and with over 65 sales transactions with no issue, I am flabbergasted by the lack of proactive communication, lack of clarity, and lack of willingness to find amenable and timely resolutions. My hope is that StockX does the right thing, which is to at least acknowledge authenticity of the item and to cover the retail cost of the item (mind you, the item was sold on StockX at higher than retail). Either way, it's very unlikely I can remain a StockX customer - it's clear that selling on ********************** is not worth the potential hassle, frustration, and lost time.

      Per Stockx's response, while I did receive the item back from Stockx (received on Aug 7th, not July 6th as their response indicates), their account of the details is not accurate. Stockx says that the item went under a second verification review as a result of this complaint, suggesting that if had successfully passed a second review, then they would complete the sale.  However, in my communications with Stockx customer service since this complaint, a second verification for this purpose was never mentioned to me.  Instead, I was told by customer service that the only resolution to my complaint was to send the item back to me if I could provide original proof of purchase, which I did.  For more than a week, the item went under review by their "specialized team," who would deem whether it was appropriate to simply send the item back to me or not.  No one explained that the review was meant to re-verify the authenticity of the item for the purpose of completing the sale & payout.  Stockx's response here suggests that was the case - but to be clear, it was not based on how their customer service team communicated with me.  Ultimately, while it doesn't make a difference since I got the item back, this inaccurate accounting of history suggests they had no intention of compensating me for the cancelled sale to begin with.  The communication from their customer service team was overall poor, even in trying to escalate the matter, and this response is no different.

I sent pics of the shoes immediately that were falling apart and clearly glued together. The symbol wasnt even authentic *************************** has a seam through his body. Not okay!!!
