            i was on there website for a bit when from out of the blue I received a personal text from a rep of this business "hey man, this is **** from Turismo racing. I saw you were checking out our desks. want me to give you a bigger discount? not knowing who it was from I said "I think you have the wrong person" that's when he goes "Aren't you *****?" I ignored this thinking it was a one time occurrence. a couple days later i got the same text from them. that's when i asked for them to stop all communication and i opt out of all contact. i got no response then today 2/13 I got another text from them after that i told them that i opted out and that i will be reporting here due to constant texting from them. at that point i got a nasty text back telling me that i should have fallowed the steps to unsubscribe and that i must not have been able to ****** it

            First of all, their process for making a return is hidden at the bottom of their policies. After emailing them back and forth to find the return information, they were too lazy to just send me the instructions. They kept sending me the link to the same policy document. They also require you to ship all the pieces in the original box in the same order you received it or they will take up to 50% for damages. The shipping it back was already over 100 dollars so I had already lost 1/4 of my money just from returning it. After the package had been returned to them, they did not update their tracking for over a week even when I emailed them and said that the tracking number I gave them indicated it had been there. Finally, they send me an email saying a refund had been issued and it wasn't until about 2 week's after that that I noticed I did not get the full amount back. They somehow found 80 dollars in damages without indicating anywhere what those damages are. I have checked my refund papers, any emails, and no information anywhere about why they took 80 dollars off. So, I am out around 200 dollars which 50% of the product. Total rip off, wish I never spent my money on them.
