I wondered does it even matter the review of this business because its not BBB affiliated. The owners disposition and customer service is horrible. I truly appreciated ******* for accepting my daughter as a client. My appointment was 3/22/22 at 4:00pm left at 10:30pm receiving the special medium sized box braids at ******. I had to go back on Thursday to complain because no one answered the messages that I left. My daughters hair / scalp was completely white from the product used to braid her hair (edge control). This isnt our first time braiding and this has never happened. The owners resolution was to grease her scalp. Excuse me! Why did I have to ask about shampooing that shouldve been a given? The braider was suggesting something off the price for the front portion. Why grease her hair only for the product to clog the product thats on her scalp. My frustration is the owner and instantly not realizing my daughters hair is a reflection of her business. Not to mention the advertisement for her business when people inquire about where she went for service. It outrages me that the braider acted more responsibly versus the owner. She appeared as if she was at the mercy of the owner as well. It appeared the only people that receive the utmost care are those spending above ************************************************************************ make sure you make to your car. No I apologize that your daughter is taking pictures the next day and your back here. Overall, I apologize your expectations werent exceeded at my business. No empathy nor apology. The braised was empathetic, attentive which led me to tell her she needed her own business not working for someone else. Horrible ownership!
