I bought a plan online for my home and after 2 months recieved a email stating they would cancel if i didn't sign a release from liability on my roof. The problem was a small section was missing of the soffit. I repaired the soffit and sent a photo of it repaired. they said that it wasn't good enough and that their underwriters wanted a explanation of the repair. i told them it was vent metal soffit attached with stainless steel screws , again this wasn't good enough, so frustrated and sure that this company would never pay a claim without a fight , I canceled my policy. They then sent a refund of only 77 dollars. they only had me covered for 2 months and kept the rest of the money, be careful these guys are not reputableReview from alana b

I was contacted by ***** at covertree to change homeowners insurance, I reluctantly made the switch, with promises of better coverage and slightly cheaper than my current policy. I signed the policy documents in November and in January I was sent an email claiming my insurance rating changed and my policy quote has changed resulting in over 100$ difference in the original quote! I am NOT happy, and this seems illegal! Some sort of scheme to get you to sign up and then they flip a switch once they get a check from your mortgage!!Review from Dawn W

I was very pleased with how quick they got me a quote. Answered all my questions quickly. ************************* kept in contact with me every step of the way explaining everything in detail to start my coverage. I had previous insurance with another company for over 20 years. They no longer covered manufactured homes. So when I started looking for a new carrier I found Covertree.
