On June 13, 2023 I entered into an agreement with ********************************* to have my porch repaired. He sent the invoice of $4120.47 which require a $2000 deposit so I met with him at my home, and ***** the deposit into his account. The deposit was for the materials needed to do the job on the morning of June 19. I received a text stating he would not return until June 20 and he will start on June 21. He didnt text June 22 and said he would not be back to do it because his mother surgery on June 26 he said it was going to rain and he couldnt come out then on July 3. I reached out and he told me Wednesday, July 5 for sure I reached out July 5 for him to tell me it might rain he would be coming Saturday ****** he text to say its going to rain for sure. 791 710 he text to say he had to get another brick guy on 711 he said he was meeting the guy at the brick place 713. No answer 714 he text he would start Saturday morning no-show July 17. He said that he would be out on Wednesday the 19th and 20th no-show. No call no answer , Ill check the invoice for another number and which I text at 10 AM. He said he would start July 20 no-show he text and say its raining h*** be out the 21st. On July 21 he text and said he would bring materials to start Monday, July 24 for sure no call no show at 8:30. He said he had to finish another job and it would have he would have me wrapped up at the end of the week on 728. He sent a picture of the weather and said Monday 10 AM July 31 no-show on August 1 no-show I text him to let him know no one showed. He then stated that he would be out on Thursday 83 no-show at this point I would just like a refund or have the job completed.
