This online retailer used a deceptive discount strategy to entice purchases. As I was filling my cart with items, the site was applying a coupon code (CRIMSONWOLF50) that was reducing the price of each item. When I was done adding several items, and went to check out, the discount code was removed with a message that said "CRIMSONWOLF50 discount code isnt available to you right now". This was clearly a ploy to get customers to add items they wanted to the cart under false pretense regarding the price, before pulling a last second bait-and-switch. This is clearly false and deceptive marketing, with the clear aim of tricking customers to add more items and hoping they don't notice before hitting the final 'purchase' button. I purchased product that did not fit and returned it ($300+) on 7/28. Today is 9/19 and I have not seen a refund. Just a ring around the rosey email thread assuring me I will get itone day.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 items from the company that I wanted to later return (well within their return policy) but they have not responded to my several requests to return the items. I have attempted to email, call and contact via social media several times with no response to resolving the issue.
