Tonight, my girlfriends car broke down. We called ******************** through my girlfriends insurance to pick us up. After about 3 hours, I decided to reach out to my AAA club to see if wed have better luck with them. About 15 minutes later, a technician pulled up, despite ** not getting a notification from either **************** or AAA about a technician even accepting our request. I therefore asked the technician which company he worked for, so we could cancel the other request. He immediately responded by screaming at **, saying we had no common sense as we had obviously called him if he was there. I tried to calmly explain why I was asking who had sent himbut that made him even more upset, and he threatened to murder us both right there on the street. I pulled out my camera and have him confirming he was threatening ** on record. My girlfriend called the policeafter which he threaten to come back and kill usand sped off. After the cops helped ** get towed and tried to find the guy, we attempted to call both companies. AAA said they dont work with Magic Towing or Gemini (the two companies on the tow truckboth of which are owned by **********************). We then called ******************* and Magic Towing (as Gemini literally does not exist online with the a Yelp page detailing horror story after horror story as wrecked cars and scams), but both had black listed our number. Leaving ** with no recourse.Initial Complaint

Website info misleading.Website contact number disconnected.Contact number provided by Life360 Roadside Assistance rings but no answer. Voicemail not set up. They told Life360 they were "on the scene" but never arrived. I couldn't even cancel. Life360 also unable to reach them.Initial Complaint

On December 15, 2021 WEdnesday around 11:00 AM. I contacted the ******************** to request a tow. I was text a message about 20 to 50 minutes. Then I contacted the Roadside Assistance again and then I received another text that it was going to be another 20 to 50 minutes. Finally after 3 hours of making my reservation I called back the **************** and they mentioned to me the Towing Company cancelled my service request. Im very disappointed . People need to contact me personally or contact the **************** number and have them call me and let me know my reservation was cancelled. I will be suing and taking Magic Towing to court over this as well as contact the news media how I was treated. This is not professional at all. I wanrt the company to pay huge fines for what they did.
