I bought my 2016 ******* Sonata this pass January 2023 have had issues since the first week. Car depot sold me a lemon . The first week of me having the car I took the car to be serviced by their recommended mechanic which was ******* **************** who service the car fixing or replacing a sensor. As I thought *************** would be good to go I was wrong.It's has been a continuous cycle of getting something serviced/fixed on the car since I have had it these last 8 months and now I was just to from the same place they sent me that I need an engine. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed ( I do not recommend anyone buying a car from there. Though they are nice they look you in the face and gaslight geek with you can drive today to put you in car that's most likely a lemon . If you are look to buy a car from here take a mechanic & with you, I don't think they inspect their cars before they sale them to you. I should have followed the red flags when I tested drove it and it was shaking but the guy said all I needed was tires and they replaced the two front tires. So I settled with that but if you have a gut feeling about listen to yourself so you end up with a lemon. I called Car Depot and spoke with *** Who said she would follow up I havent heard back from her yet, I called this pass Monday.

I was sold a car on May 4 and picked it up on May 6th. When I took the car to the shop to have it inspected since it was making some noises I was informed that my sway bar was broken. Brought the car back right away and given the runaround for a week before going back car depot only to have **** tell me that its not covered under my warranty. The car was driven for 3 hours! I was told he worked with me even though I had only $1500 for a down payment. They scam you and mysteriously mistakenly forget to give you back your drivers license. I had to drive back to get my license and another person was also arguing that she didnt get her license back.

I was sold a car the started falling apart 3 weeks after I received it . When I call to ask for my money back I was refused & told not to call anymore. 3 wks after the purchase the brakes went out,2 wks ago transmission fluid start leaking , now there is no heat in it and 20 degree weather. I continue to pay my car note on a 2012 **** Edge that should have never been on that lot for sell.I would like a resolution.Do u think I need to hire a law? At this point I just would like a car thats worth $437.37 even a brand new car is less than.

The ***************** attorney general needs to look into this car lot they gave my Daughter a car with a bad transmission And the warranty that they gave covered nothing the car Was acting up from day one

On 2/25/2022, I went to Car Depot for a car, I viewed 6 or 7 cars, I was asked what car did I like the most. I said the ***** Equinox. Never said what color I wanted. I wasn't aware that this was going to be my car, I just thought it was small talk. I never took the car for a test drive. So I didn't think it was a done deal. Also, Car Depot had showed me more than one ***** Equinox. They told me one monthly payment, I felt was high and then after they asked for my identification card, Car Depot informed me I would have a lower monthly payment, I was pleased. Car Depot then requested the down payment and insurance money, and I gave it to them. Car Depot told me I needed a co-signer so I told them I would be back. On 2/26/2022, when I returned they had already picked the car for me as well as told me my down payment which was a different amount than the previous day, The car have front end damage, there was no gas in the car, and a bad battery. (I ended up paying $195 for a new battery by the way) I told them I didn't want that car, and I had refused to leave with the car but Car Depot told me that was the car that I was eligible for after viewing, on the 2/25/2022 more than one of that make and model.
