I purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave CXL on April 2, 2024. The original person I spoke to was named ***************** on ********* the person who did my sale was *******. The dealer claimed nothing was wrong with the vehicle other than some sensors that needed to be changed out. Si ******* gave me $50 to get the sensors fixed even though sensors are $40-$60 a piece and 3 of them were needing replaced. Before leaving the building after purchasing the vehicle Si ******* ask me to leave a review on his ******** marketplace, I said I dont have the option. He proceeded to take my phone and handed it to ******* and left his own review from my ********. I was planning on reviewing after I got a feel for the vehicle to see if there was anything wrong with it, but never got the chance, he then proceeded to block me two hours after purchasing the vehicle. Only reason I knew he blocked me is because hes no where to be found on my ********* but I can look him up perfectly fine on both my husbands and mother in laws ********s. I found out on the freeway that the transmission shakes at about 50-60mph. I wouldve known that if I was able to drive the vehicle on the freeway (********** was backed up to a complete stop so I was not able to.) Nothing was visibly wrong with the vehicle. But I went to two different mechanics today because of the transmission. And now Im an extra $3,000-$8,000 in the hole because of this shop. I already spent $4,000 on the vehicle itself, and now I have all this work that has to be done that I had no clue about because of this dishonest dealer. Im not the first to say this about this salesman either, I have posted this review on multiple platforms, you can see additional photos for proof of estimate and other people who have reviewed this man on ******** on my other reviews. Stay away from this place, I wouldnt recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealer.
