I first made an order for one wig on the seller's website, ***********************************, for the amount of $194.50 on August, 03 2022. The owner requests that payment be sent via a money sharing app such as Zelle or Cashapp. I messaged the owner and she said that I could send my payment via PayPal so I sent her the $194.50. She claimed she was promoting multiple wigs for sale. I purchased another two more hair units that were packaged as a single item for the price of $68 on August 4, 2022 and sent this money via PayPal as well. I received a message via text as well as a phone call from the seller on August, 05 saying that she had refunded my money via PayPal because PayPal had issued a 21 day hold on my payment. She requested that I repurchase all of the wigs using Venmo, but I told her I would need to wait until I received a refund for my original payment. On August 9th, I received PayPal notifications stating that I had pending refunds from ***** *****, so I repurchased the wigs using Venmo and Cashapp as she requested. I made another order with the seller for a total of $274.75 for three wigs as I was trying to take advantage of the promotion. This money was sent via Cashapp. I received shipping notifications for my first two orders, but no tracking information was provided. On August 17th, I received notifications from PayPal stating that the refund from ***** ***** had failed. I immediately contacted her and she stated that she would resend payment. As of September 2nd, I still have yet to receive my refund or the wigs that I purchased despite multiple pleas. It is now clear that the seller never had any intention of shipping my orders or refunding my payment. I did further research on ******************************************************* and discovered that multiple customers have similar reports. They never received their orders, never received tracking information, or they were sent fraudulent information after several requests to the seller.
