We bought 3 Lyons products: 1 walk in shower that the base broke around the feet of the shower. I replaced it with another Lyons shower and putting concrete under for support, and that base cracked. I'm bought a tub and surround for my first floor bathroom. My bathtub cracked through the incline. There was more gel coat than fiberglass. I'm currently repairing that. We installed a Lyons soaker tub upstairs and have not used this as of yet. I have installed these products under the instructions provided by Lyons. This is a terrible product

We have a live customer support team that is available Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM EST. This team is has 30+ years experience in assisting and working to resolve customer questions or concerns. In order for our team to resolve a claim we require documentation showing the guest information and proof of purchase. This can be submitted electronically to ********************************* or mailed to ********************************************* Upon receipt of this information we contact the guest within 24 hours to discuss a resolution. Lyons Industries offers a 10 year consumer warranty on manufacturing defects.
