I purchased a western union netspend card and when I went to activate it it said for me to go back to the store I purchased it from and have then rescan it because it wasnt originally scanned properly. The dollar general store manager absolutely refused me service wouldnt scam the card and I can. It use my card until its scanned. Netspend and ************* keeps telling me to go back rescan when they got mad embarrassed me in front of customers called the cops and banned me unjustly from the dollar general. The lady that checked me out was extremely vulgar and rude to me they wouldnt talk to anyone I had on the phone. Im banned so now what I do bannned for no good reason besides do what the dollar general netspend and western union asked me to do. Then a district manager of dollar general called me yesterday and said that I said I activated the card used it somewhere and got scammmed but how is that possible when I never activated the card to begin with. It could t be used or anything because it was never scammed right. This is a highly wrong situation and Im considering hiring my lawyers to see what kind of scam dollar store is pulling. Why didnt the worker want to rescan it whats the big deal here it wouldnt hurt and help me active the card so I can use it to pay my now five days late because of this with late fees. This has been going on for days the police know they want statements on this card digitally it can be traced where that money went if the cashier picketed my money or why she absolutely rudely refused to rescan it. It was that simple so the card never was scammed and trying to activate it dont work it says go back to the store where the cashier didnt do her job WAS VULGAR AND ABSOLUTELY ABSURDLY WRONG.Review from Ronald M

I got ripped off they refuse me refund on a $30 Verizon card that was not used told me that I had to take it back to the original store and then when I did so the store that I took it back to told me they could do it anywhere so I was lied to also and ripped off $30Review from Mary O

Dollar General, Toledo, Oh. Charged 60 cents more than posted charge on shelf for a jar of jelly. Would not offer to honor that price, only refund.
