            I live on two acres in the country with trees that cover my 20 X 85 foot driveway. *** came out two years ago and delivered and slowly dropped gravel onto my driveway. I recently ordered gravel and it was delivered in the middle of my driveway in a huge pile while I was at work June 10, 2024. I cannot drive in the driveway, cannot get into my garage, and don't know how I am going to get this smoothed out. I called the owner of XYZ and he told me that my trees had grown so much in the last two years and he tells all of his customers that if the truck does not have 17 feet clearance above the truck they can't smooth it out. I was not told this when I ordered two years ago or when I ordered it this year. He could not come out with a truck and smooth it out. I did not know that this company was not BBB accredited. I wondered why my information was not in their computer, the owner told me this was the reason they could charge less per sq. ft. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
