Horrible business and owner. Took a 1 month old **C Acadia in to have a cracked windshield replaced. When the vehicle was returned, there was a laundry list of issues. Grease on headliner, boot prints on inside door, torn/cut headliner, bent cowel, and every front sensors not working. Took the vehicle to a certified ** garage and had them do a checkup. They fixed all the sensors but said *********************** would have to fix the windshield cowel (because it would leak if it didn't get fixed) and the headliner. Called and set up a time to meet with the owner to discuss the issues. The owner denied all responsibility for every issue, claimed nothing was their fault, tried blaming ** factory for selling a vehicle that way, told us he was the window expert and the ** *************** didn't know what they were talking about, called my wife a "disgruntled woman and he doesn't deal with her kind", and ultimately refused to fix anything. There was no professionalism whatsoever, and the arrogance and male chauvinist attitude from the owner should exclude them from any future business. To take a near brand new vehicle in for service and get back a vehicle with a never ending list of issues that they refuse to fix is unacceptable for a business, especially a locally owned business in a smaller town.
