I got my car serviced through this company two times thus year so far, once in January 2022 and April 2022. On Wednesday May 18th, i was driving to my doctors appointment, when out of no where my engine starting knocking. I pulled in a parking lot and a man approached me to look at it. After looking at it and noticing that i had not one drop of oil in my car, i called pioneer quick lube and a manager came out to look at it. after arriving he put 3 quartz of oil in my car and then proceeded to call me a f****** idiot and a f****** r***** because i didnt look at the bottom of my receipt, where they noted i had a oil leak but never physically told me. lets be real here, who reads the receipt to look for an issue with their vehicle, when a receipt usually only states what work was done on the vehicle, not what work NEEDS to be done on the vehicle. i have kept up with every issue on my car since receiving this car, if this issue was brought to my attention, i would have serviced the oil leak before spending $70 on a oil change every 3 months. i am appalled by the way i was treated and how they are failing to take responsibility for this. my mechanic now believes that i have threw a rod out in my engine due to them not mentioning the issue physically instead of noting it on a paper, when they themselves know that they wouldn't look at a receipt for a occuring issue. i still had ***** miles before being due for another oil change. my mechanic even knows i fix any issue brought to my attention. im a single mother with health issues. my car is all i have to transport me and my children.
