I made an account with them 6 years ago and have never had access to the account. I have sent messages trying to get my account information, but the only response is a text message from a pushy salesman telling me I need to have a zoom meeting. Its my money. Why cant I see it?

I apologize for the experience you have had. Our records show that you receive an annual statement from the investment provider. That statement will reflect your deposits and your interest growth. With that particular investment provider there is a phone number to the service center and the ability to look up the account online on page 1 of your statement. If you have not been receiving a statement you need to reach out to us to verify your mailing address, Our team members attempt to respond to all consumer questions in a timely manor. If a customer does not want a zoom or in person meeting we would help them over the phone if they wish. Once again we our sorry for the confusion.Review from Ryan S

I wife is a teacher and I used them for a 403B. My biggest complaint is the service rep seems to always be out of the country when I call and never has time to go over my financials with me. She will say she will be out of the country yet she has time to call my friends that also manage. When I asked them how they were paid they said they didnt feel comfortable with that question. I just want to know what investments my money go to and what the advisors interest is. Its odd when the market did 10% returns I only got .03% interest on that money. They might have better reps but so far the person I have dealt is very rude and wont answer my questions. I have decided to stop using them and now I am trying to pull my money out which has been a major issue and after calling my rep from a different number they finally picked up. odd how they cant return calls but when I call from a number not recognized they were able to.
