On 1/13/2022 I placed an order with McClary Bros. Order #*****. I did receive an order confirmation. The Order status remains unfilled. I have tried several times to email the company with no response. I love their products and only wish to obtain my order.Initial Complaint

I submitted an order via McClary Bros website on 11/25/21 (Order No. #*****) and paid $69.95 (including shipping) for "Buy 1, Get 1 Free! Winter sale" on Drinking Vinegars. I received confirmation of the order via email with a notification of the tracking information. My first inkling that something was wrong is that no date was provided on when the shipment could be expected. I used my **** debit card for the transaction and the monies were removed from my account on 11/26/21. My second indication that something could be wrong was after reading on their Public facing ******** (https://www.facebook.com/mcclarybros/) page many many customer complaints. A third thing I checked to see if they were legit was to check Amazon store and review what the customer reviews stated in that location. It would appear that their store has been shut down. https://www.amazon.com/stores/page/F885742A-FC4C-4EA1-BD60-F2FC9E1B4882 After noticeing these three things which made thing suspicious I decided to contact the company to cancel my order. I have reached out to the company via their email ******************************************* Public facing ******** page and private messaged them on ******** requesting an update on the order and to cancel it and have not received any response from them. I have contacted them 4 times on each platform for a total of 12 times. As of today (2/10/21), according to the tracking information the items have not yet been shipped. I have also not received a reimbursement from them.I have contacted my bank and have a claim filed with them to dispute these charges and have them reversed that is still pending at this time.
