Terrible **************** and they do not know how to read a simple letter. Had an issue with *** taking my package by mistake. *** was no help in the matter and reached out to my bank for help. My bank filed a claim for the missing package taken by *** and sent a letter to Lighter USA informing them what happened. Lighter USA then flagged my account as fraud and closed it and told me I am not allowed to buy from them. My husband opened an account and they traced it back to me and closed his account too saying fraud.All they had to do was read the Claim and handle the issue but they did this instead. Worst **************** Ever.Be careful if you buy from them and an issue happens. They will flag your account for fraud and treat you like a criminal.Review from SAMANTHA B

I placed my 6th (and final) order with this company on 10/11/22 with a delivery date of 10/12/22. Item was marked as delivered on 10/13/22. When k arrived home, there was no package. Reached out to **** and was advised to contact lighter USA. I have been going back and forth with them sense. After multiple canned responses, I was finally told they will reach out to **** to file a claim and I just have to wait. SoIm out of $150+ while they deal with ****. I did not enter into contract with ****. I gave my money to lighter USA. The right thing to do would be a replacement or a refund and they refuse to do either. I will not be doing business with them again and I fully intend to give them a 1 star review everywhere I can. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!Review from Delaine K.

I would give 5 negative stars if I could. Terrible customer service, never return calls and excuses to not give me a refund of $134.53 when I never received my product. They claim *** said I wasn't home 3 days in a row. I'm always home and have workers here everyday until 5pm. I have gotten 5 other *** deliveries in the last 2 weeks and they claim *** said I was never home! That's bull! I'm always home, I work from home.Do Not order from this company!!!!!Review from Charlotte S

This company has terrible customer service. They were argumentative and rude after I reached out because they sent me a defective, dead product. Then they accused me of lying and trying to defraud them. I would never buy from again, and would recommend using one of many other retailers who sell the same products.Review from ANGELA M

Lighter USA are scammers. When you have a warranty issue and contact them, they wait until 30 days from your order date to respond so they don't have to honor their warranty. Inferior products sold with no reputable warranty. Stay clear of them!Review from Jordin M

Started out as a great business I would have recommended I did recommend to many people. But then they stopped replying to emails stopped answering phone calls I've been locked out of my account for months and months they won't help me get back into my account. I referred to friends for $20 credit they won't honor that also I sent a refund in for $70 and they never credited me for the refund. You won't answer the phone or respond to any emails I've sent probably 20 emailsReview from Curtis D

I bought a youcan for my medical marijuana since I am an amputee. I got it Christmas, used it once, the second time it wouldn't charge and stoped working. I contacted them multiple times with no prevail. Thi is a rip off company and I wouldn't deal with them.
