      Have been trying to reach this business regarding a garnishment against me that will be paid in full in 10 days and they have not responded to emails or phone calls(messages left with their automated service because they put you on hold for so many minutes and never actually transfer you to a live human being. case number 12-04161 GC I just want a letter sent to my company, as well as myself showing that this is cleared and done, because if they don't do this in a timely manner then the garnishment just continues at 25% of my disposable wage even tough I do not owe them any more money. That is absolutely ******** to think they can just continue taking my money even though the debt has been settled. I have no complaints about the garnishment; it was my fault from the beginning, but the way they have gone about not following up with me or my HR department is completely unprofessional.

      Judgment was rendered for Plaintiff, ******************* Assignee of CIT BANK and against Defendant *************************** (Defendant) on January 22, 2013, on Case Number 12-04161 GC  in the **************************** of Westland in the sum of $3414.22.  The Judgment was renewed on August 22, 2022.  A Wage Garnishment was issued on or about June 10, 2022, with the amount of unsatisfied Judgment listed as $3504.51.  The Garnishees disclosure provided the service of same on the Defendant on July 20, 2022. 

      Transactions have been received and posted from the date of issuance of the garnishment to December 2, 2022, of $3215.59. Accordingly, our records reflect the sum processed is lesser than the amount listed as the unsatisfied judgment amount on the Garnishment, which is supported in the language by the Complainant as of the time of the complaint.  Stillman ********** (Stillman) must zealously advocate our client regarding the matter.  Accordingly, we dispute the perceived onus by the Defendant on Stillman to provide/present documentation tantamount to the release of the Garnishment or language to that effect being predicated on the future receipt and clearing of payment.  The Firm refutes the insinuation and complaint that the Firm will not timely perform an action, where the timeline to take such an action has not yet occurred. 

      Further, Stillman ********** (Stillman) reflects one (1)call from the consumer in the form of a voicemail on November 18, 2022, in relation to the Garnishment which coincides with the date Stillman was notified of the complaint.

      This complaint is also regarding *************** which I already filed a complaint and it is being worked on, however, looking into this company not many favorable reviews, also not affiliated with BBB, reviews are all saying exactly what my experience with them is. Thru Heartland I was told and offer of ******* then it went to ******* along with being told that if I did not pay they would take all my money in my checking account, *** and savings and any other money or court. I don't know for sure if that was Heartland talking and threatening me or this company. I can't believe the underhanded companies out there and I have been unlucky to have met 3 of them. Other than filing a complaint, which doesn't seem to stop any of them there has to be something more that can be done to stop them preying on people especially senior citizens like myself @76 yrs old. It started with Finance Solutions, who got me to Heartland, who got me to this company and I was not aware of any of this. Also I just discovered by reading reviews that I will be taxed on all the money I pay to resolve the original debts, so after all this I will owe the *** on all the money I pay back. How much more unethical can it get, especially when none of this was ever disclosed to me originally by any company. I need to know how much higher I need to go to spread the word to anyone to stay away from all 3 of these companies.
