I enrolled in the program in march of 2019. I was completely in the dark about how to make money or how the services even worked. In October I decided to take a look at what I had purchased for the 1st time and my credit score was up 213 points. I thought it was not real until we went to look at some new homes and I waited for them to tell us that I'm sorry, we can't help you. UNFORTUNEATLY, that was NOT THE ***** Even I was in disbelief. Not only did I learn how to budget, but my credit did improve and we closed on our new home in *********** **. Feb 6, 2020. Just in time for covid and I worked from home. If you didn't follow the system and participate in your own rescue, then SHAME ON YOU! People expect to have good credit over night. You didnt get BAD CREDIT over night, so stop playing! Get interested in taking care of your finances and stop complaining about the mess that YOU MADE! It's call Accountability! Just like anything else, everybody has an opinion. I refuse to use banks, however, I will use a credit union all day. I also dislike ****** and chrysler, but that doesn't make them bad cars. A scam is you working for a corporation for ***** year and they decide to downsize and cut you loose. THATS A SCAM! You will never own that company! ******* marketing has worked for years. You share info about your favorite stores, movies and restaurants and don't get paid. Well, in network marketing you get paid to advertise and share info. I'm sick of this c*** I've helped so many people and It changed my life. If you can find something better, good for you! I know what works for me. Rating 0. Upon following an agent on social media for some time. I signed up with her for the services on 5/16. The agent made it sound very good in the initial consultation. Spoke very well about the success stories. I did receive a welcome email right away and couldnt log in and had to seek assistance. My ssn was entered wrong by agent and had to be corrected. I never heard anything further then I just received dispute letters in the mail to sign. I refuse not having to speak with my agent about them. I was then notified by my credit monitoring services that on 5/21 there were 3 credit inquiries that I did not apply for (***************, ***** *************** I then called and text the agent no response. I dm the agent on instagram and her reply was it wasnt them. Still never returning my call. I spoke to a lady today in customer service who mentioned they were ************************** with ********************. I researched and they were not and she apologized saying she did not know. I cancelled my services immediately. I am very big on follow up and customer ******************** and theirs is very poor and unacceptable.United Credit Education Services Response

Dear Customer, I am so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our services. Upon reviewing your account I do see that there was a discrepancy with the *** that was entered at the time of enrollment, which was corrected. When you enrolled on 5/16 you received the welcome email with all the instructions to follow regarding the services. The process was started but not completed and we reached out to you several time via email and text messages. The agent entered my social wrong and I had to have customer service correct it so that I could log into account I did not receive multiply emails or texts. I also never received the call to discuss the process of the business and what was going to take place. The customer service manager confirmed yesterday that the agent never set the appt up, she apologized then offered to give me full refund instead of the partial which was previously given. The agent has very poor customer service skills and refused to give me a call but she was very sarcastic on social media messages. So there were no services to be satisfied with. I never received any just now dealing with identity theft since trusting your company with my information.Review from Mimi L

This company is just like the others, they take your money and give you bs excuses. I called and asked for a refund for one month due to I had not received my second round of dispute letters and was told that I could not receive a refund because there dispute letters are mailed out every 60 to 62 days and because I cancelled my account before the payment was due, regardless if your receive updated credit reports before the 30 days. If I could give this agency a zero I would. I had this service for serveral months. and I was very unhappy with the results that I recieved. The representative was not very knowledgeable about questions that were being asked of her. I would have to wait until a call was scheduled for her to give me an answer. I'm still waiting for a credit rep to call me and discuss my credit. I canceled the service mid way through this month of March. When I asked about a refund of at least the money for March I was told I was not entitled to a refund and was locked out of the account that I paid the full month for, I was then told by there customer service **** that I could reactivate my account and then cancel it next month. I would not dare because they would have charged me for another month. Horrible practices. I would not advise anyone to get involved with them they take your money and you see no real results. Same as everyone else they just took my money and never call or email me back with answers to my questions, ***** who was my rep just ignored my text messages and thats when i just decided to cancel started back in May 2022 and until this day didn't see any changes with my score.United Credit Education Services Response

The services are completely amazing .I went from a 470 to a 699 in two months long as you follow the road map and listen to the wonderful videos and my rep was a huge help as well follow what they tell you to do and bam you get results not to mention the other services was a huge bonus out of all the companies this is far the best one long as you do what is told to do and be patient everyones credit is different this is why they have credit attorneys for things that is difficult to remove they are there to help you just have to utilize it correctly not sure why theres negative reviews however you have to put your part as well and of course ******* the process its going to go up and down that means *********** are working thats even with any company thats when you know they got it people have to understand that but dont expect something to work on its on it takes two and you have to maintain that credit but the services do work thank you Uces for your servicesReview from obryant r

so this girl got me to join and i was paying on time monthly. as soon as you touched my credit boom now there is only dashes and no credit. I was told i wasnt suppose to use someone else card to pay monthly and the girl never warned me about this so i ajd to cancel and no money refunded to me. now i am bankrupt? how? and now i message the girl and she ignores my messages. you guys do not help yall messed up my credit.Review from Jennifer M.

**************************** is a complete SCAM! I signed up as an agent and was not paid a cent, they stole my money and do not answer emails and their phone number has been disconnected. There is absolutely no way to get ahold of them for a refund and this company is currently under a lawsuit. Id like a full refund or I will be filing my own lawsuit. I was in the process of buying a home they help me understand my credit score and helped fix a few things on my credit report and boost it up I am very satisfied with the end results I am now a homeowner.
