I have been charged a fee unwilling and unknowingly on an account I do not use other than transferring funds in and out to show activity. The fee I've been charged is 6 dollars/month. The institution signed me up for enhanced checking vs basic without my knowledge or consent. The total amount deducted was ****** Dollars. Luckily I only had 175 dollars in the account or they would have drained the entire account empty without my consent!

On Tuesday, June 14th, I took $580 to the bank to deposit into my account. I used the atm at their building so I wouldnt have to leave my car. The atm only counted $380 dollars so I hit cancel. I only received $370 back from the atm and a receipt saying the atm has retained some of my cash. I went into the bank to complain and they said theyd call me the next day after their atm gets serviced. They also took the receipt from the atm that said my cash was retained, supposedly to show the branch manager. I called them back on Thursday, June 16th, and they said they just had it serviced an hour before I called and they only found $10 in it. I insisted that I was missing more than just $10 so they said the best they could do was email that branch and have them call me back. Im still waiting for them to call me back.

Hi my name is *************************** I had an account with Alliance Catholic Credit Union for quite some time that my grandmother (Busia) had opened for me years ago I recently found out my account was closed without my knowledge and funds were sent to the state of Michigan that I CAN NOT FIND. Id like to get copies of my account history for the past 3-4 years in order to see what happened with my account. I had an automatic transfer set up to my account in order to keep activity current upon the suggestion of a Alliance bank manager which I had done. Somewhere and somehow that was taken off by their people because ive been told the credit union at some point started taking fees once again because in-activity and then without any notice to me they closed account and sent my funds to the state that I can not find. I need to do some investigative work to figure this all out. PLEASE HELP ME IN ANY WAY YOU CAN. I'd like my fees repaid along with my remaining funds. I'd rather this not escalate but if they are un-willing to comply I will need to do so. -- I have no documentation because they refuse to give me access to my account history with the information and exact numbers. Their last email communication sent to me was November 2021 in which there was ZERO mention of inactivity nor mention of closing of an account.
