              About 2 years ago I had my sewer main pipe at the tap connection replaced. They also relined the sewer main pipe from house to tap. They also added three floor backflow valves. Recently one of those valves clogged and backed up causing backup problems in both basement and keeping us from using various items. When I called Thornton and grooms to get a plumber out they said they cant have anyone out till July 23 almost two weeks later. We spent a total of money with them over ***** dollars for total work done. We are now using another plumbing company to inspect and fix the problem. Please stay on top of work done and ask questions on yearly maintenance needed.
