Ayar Law and **** accounting have called me every day for 3 weeks attempting to make me sign up for some sort of Covid tax relief. I've told these idiots EVERY TIME THEY CALL that I'm not a business owner and I have never been. The people Venar **** employs clearly have a very, very difficult time understanding basic English and they always call from blocked numbers or numbers with area codes from around where I live (********) which is a clear attempt to try and get people to answer the phone. In order to get to the bottom of what was happening I stayed on the line longer than normal and was told by someone (again, someone with a very limited understanding of the English language) that if I paid Venar **** $10,000 he would get me covid tax relief in the amount of $26,000 per employee (again, I don't own a company and never have). So Venar ****, in a round about way, is telling business owners he can give them $26K but in order to do so, the people will have to use Ayar Law and they have to pay $10K in order to do so. Venar **** is clearly a scam artist who appears to not only be taking advantage of people who struggled during COVID but he also seems to be employing people with very limited educations and very limited communication skills so I'd be afraid that there will also be EEOC claims that should be filed against him.Business response

To whom it may concern,
There are some incredibly concerning accusations here. I would like to acknowledge that we do call businesses to offer our services regarding the *** Program. We purchase our business leads from reputable, vetted vendors and operate in full TCPA compliance. I can assure you with confidence there is no scenario in which we called this number every day for 3 weeks straight. Unfortunately, the phone number the complainant has listed is one digit short of a full phone number, so I cannot accurately identify if we have ever called the complainant in the first place. I did search our database using the number they provided and tried adding a digit to the end of it (0-9). There was 1 number in our system that closely resembled what was listed. However, that number was not associated with the name of the complaint and has only been dialed a single time by our company. Additionally, our business does not operate our *** program in a manner that would ever charge a client a flat fee of $10,000, nor do we call from blocked numbers. Our phone numbers populate on the caller I.D., and if called back will ring to one of our team members (or an answering service if after business hours). If a full phone number can be provide, I will be sure to add it to our internal do not call list. The part of this complaint where they "fear there may be human trafficking or forced labor going on" is frankly offensive and outlandish slander.
