On 12/22/2020, I purchased a furnace from ***************** with a 10-year warranty on parts. On March 30, 2022, I contacted ****. I informed him that the furnace was leaking water. He asked me to send him pictures, and I did via my cell phone. He said someone would be out the next day. On April 1st when I talked to him, he had me send the address and someone would be out either Saturday or Sunday. No one showed up. Called again on April 13th and again he stated someone would be out. He had me text the address again. No show. He stated the person he was sending got sick. Called again and told him I was not happy with him not sending anyone. Again he stated he would and for me to call him the next day around 2 and if would come himself if he could not get one of his guys to come. On Friday, May 6, I texted him telling him that I have been very patient with him on this matter, and if I don't get any resolution I would be filing a complaint with the BBB, ************************** and ***** He called and said some one be out today, they are working in *****. The guys came out and were here for maybe 10 minutes and said they did not have the part needed and that **** would contact me and they would be back Monday, No show on Monday. When I called **** on Tuesday. he stated that I had cracked the pipe. I told him that was not true, I have no reason to be around the furnace, I don't even know where it is leaking from. Needless to say, still no response. When you have a business you are supposed to honor the warranty. This is bad customer service. I would not recommend his company to any consumer. I need by furnace repaired.
