My Hot Spring spa has been going in and out where it won't power up. I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. I would be out of the country for this appointment therefore I left my husband's phone number as a contact number. I specifically asked them to contact my husband. Our appointment was canceled and then reschedules a few days after original appointment. Service Tech came out and charged us $194 but said nothing was wrong with the spa. However, we continue to experience the same issue. Called to schedule a new appointment the waited another 3 weeks. Received a text message night before the appointment confirming a 1-3 pm scheduled time. I confirmed. Husband and I made arrangements to have an adult at home during the 1-3 pm appointment time. Received a call at work from Lifestyle at 11 am saying tech would be at my home in 10 minutes, neither my husband nor I was at home. We were both at work. Our teenage daughter was home. Tech was there 10 minutes and left said there was nothing wrong with our spa, when there is clearly something wrong. Called back to request that Tech come back at the scheduled appointment time so that an adult could be there to explain what's going on. **************** said the manager was not available and that her manager didn't have a boss. She said that I reached the corporate office after I requested to corporate's phone number. ****************s is horrible. We are requesting that we have troubleshooting done to find out what is going on with their product.
