      Lifestyles, once the check clears you are on your own. Ordered a new cover for my spa which took four months to arrive. When the cover was delivered, the service rep told me it was the wrong color but was told to deliver it anyway. Spoke with Lifestyles and was told it did arrive at warehouse but they could not find it and had to order a new one which took another about six weeks. After a couple of months we noticed the cover was coming apart on the inside stitching. The cover has a one year warranty, so we contacted Lifestyles about a replacement. The Service Manager would not return any of our phone calls. After a month I contacted the General Manager who said he would look into it. After many more phone calls to the General Manager who also refused to return my calls, I gave up after a month and contacted ******* who builds Hot Spring Spas. They contacted Lifestyles directly and within ten minutes got back with me and said we would be getting a new cover. They told me Lifestyles never contacted them concerning my cover. I could go on with many other issues with Lifestyles but you get the message. Hot Springs offers a great spa, just do your home work on who you purchase it from.

      HORRIBLE ! Service is non existent as referred to below. made 2 appointments to show ( between 2 and 7 ) on a Saturday, didnt show or call. After weeks of trying to get anyone at service to reply. Go somewhere else if you ever want service.

      I'd leave 0/5 stars if possible. This company is horrible! I spent months tracking down my sales associate for an order of a endless swim spa to get the crane company and electrician information. After numerous calls the representative and to cooperate we demanded our deposit back. The existing hot tub we were intending to trade in for an upgrade now needs the heater fixed. So, reluctantly I call to place a service order and was told to allow 36 hours for a return call and scheduling as the pandemic has delayed service work. I understood and was appreciative for the upfront nature of the information. I have waited for four weeks and no return calls and no service. If you are intending to spend thousands of dollars of your hard earned money do not plan to spend it here. You will be joining those customers with complaints and frustrations for the lack of service, attention to detail, and customer commitment that is expected. There is a reason this company is not rated with the BBB, and now you know the reason there is so much negativity about using this company to meet your leisure activity needs.
