My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. My therapist was an incredible resource for me to use as I focus on my person growth, and it was great that the timing of my appointments was super flexible. Definitely would recommend to someone who is considering the Cognitive Counseling Connection

I cannot recommend my therapist highly enough! From the moment I began working with her, I felt welcomed, understood, and supported. She has helped me through some of the toughest times of my life, and I am so grateful for all that she has done for me.Not only is my therapist incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in her field, but she is also compassionate, empathetic, and truly invested in helping her clients.
