This review/complaint is related to their billing practices. I had a balance left on a project that needed to be redone. At the completion of the redo i was given the amount for the redo and the balance and agreed to cover that with a credit card. While checking my credit card app a few days later I notice an additional charge applied to my credit card. It appeared they undercharged me on the previous balance. WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE they charged my credit card an additional $500 dollars to cover their invoice error. I immediately called the office and left two messages with the manager **** and never received a call back. I questioned the audacity of them to make a charge against my card without my knowledge and consent.!!A few weeks later i received an invoice, but it was not the final agreed upon charge for the project redo. I think this was sent to cover up their action. I did receive a call from their billing person, ****** a few weeks later. I expressed my dissatisfaction and advised her to take my credit card off their files as their billing practices were unethical and poor ones. Again she was going to talk to **** and they would call me back. Two weeks later I have not received a call back.DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!
